HB 31 Bush Gives a property tax credit of up to $400 for seniors who have been domiciled in Delaware for 3 years or more, which would increase to $500 after 10 years. Currently, the credit is $500 after 10 years. While seniors should get the support they need to live with dignity, this bill could take much needed funding away from schools.
