Who We Are
Working Families Party is a non-delusional third party looking to build governing power for the multi-racial working class in Delaware by organizing around candidates and policies.
Our focus is on building an independent system to recruit, train, and support candidates and organizers, in particular Black and Brown candidates, women, LGBTQ+, and low-income individuals, who are fighting for racial, economic, social, and environmental justice.
What We Do
Campaigns and Candidates
We work to recruit, vet, and support grassroots candidates running for office up and down the ballot.
Legislation and Government
We work with other groups in Delaware to push for people-centered policies in legislatures and councils across the state.
Community Engagement
We go out into the community to engage people not typically involved in the political process and help them build political skills and knowledge.
